What you'll need to succeed

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience supporting multiple directors with administrative tasks and related duties within Investor Relations or Investment Banking is highly advantageous

Responsibilities

• Handle all accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Ensure the bank is reconciled daily

• Debt collection

• Administrative and other ad-hoc duties

Skills/Requirement

• Min 1 year experience in accounting or book keeping

• Aggressively converting competitor’s customer
• Spontaneous towards customer’s business request, and reply to emails, Request for Quotations/Proposal, or enquiry within the same day
