Coordinating with Corporate Secretary to get signatures for passing of Board resolutions for Singapore entities.

As part of a 10-man team, the Accounts Executive will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) duties which includes cash management, reviewing of monthly invoices, and entry into the financial systems.
