Job Responsibilities

• To provide efficient and effective sales administration process flow and coordination to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• To support Account Managers in preparing Sale Quotations to customers’ enquiries with an eye of detail and close follow up.
• To response to customers’ request on quotations and products information for new purchases requirements or renewals of licenses/maintenances.
• To verify on prices before submitting to Purchaser to process Purchase Order.
• To process Sales Orders for confirmed sales orders.
• To response to Customer’s request on delivery and co-ordinate with Operations team.
• To escalate maintenance or support issues that has been reported by the Customers with Operations team.
• To work closely with the Account Managers to meet sales performance goal.
• To document all relevant data systematically.
• To gather information and support Account Managers when there is a Tender requirement in liaison with Suppliers and Technical Solution Team.
• To follow up on tender progress and updates.
• To establish a good relationship with Customers to explore if there are any other opportunities apart from those products requested and expand the business opportunities to create more sales revenue.
• To perform other administrative duties as assigned or other duties as deemed required by Company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and committees to strengthen staff health and well-being framework and programmes to build a resilient workforce.

· Plan and curate appropriate training programs and materials to raise mental health literacy and awareness of staff.

· Conduct half-yearly pulse surveys to track/assess staff well-being/burnout/resilience status. Thereafter share the findings, plan, and execute intervention with relevant parties based on the survey outcomes.

· Manage the Welfare Officers (WOs) program which include new members recruitment, orientation, trainings, WO Engagement, and any other initiatives to equip and support the WOs in their role.

· Support the team to plan and organise various hospital level health, sports and social recreational activities or events e.g. Inter-Department Games, Workshops, Dinner & Dance etc

· Support the Department’s digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well-being initiatives and programs.

· Collaborate with to plan and promote cluster level well-being activities to encourage staff interaction & bonding amongst all institutions e.g. Bonding Activities (NBA).
