Provide marketing support to the Marketing Department and Restaurants

Plan and coordinate the conceptualization and implementation of marketing plans (eg. sponsorship, media relations, marketing communications, direct marketing, website, public relations agencies, events and activities)

Develop and coordinate field marketing and activities collateral

Manage all marketing resources, advertising, and promotion materials

Manage local area marketing activities and collaterals with all restaurants

Oversee the brands’ social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook), monitor performance, and propose strategies to optimise for growth.

Daily monitoring of social media platforms, customer reviews and feedbacks

Maintain and update store information on digital platforms (eg. Google, GrabFood, foodpanda, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:
