Lead the development of new software applications (e.g., Banking software) and systems, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Ensure quality and functionality of the software and systems meet the organizational

standards.

Analyze the work plan for the department, identifying key areas for improvement and optimization.

Write detailed reports on project progress, department performance, and other relevant metrics.

Identify the types of reports to be submitted from the department and ensure timely and accurate submission.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine their technology needs and ensure IT

Research and implement new technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

Proactively seek out opportunities for technological improvements and present recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Have some experience in IT project management and software development.(preferred)

Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.

Experience in developing and deploying software applications, particularly in the banking or financial services sector.

Experience with database management systems.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience in writing detailed reports and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform reliable sourcing for materials and services based on required specification.

• Conduct RFI, RFP, RFQ, tender activities in accordance with Procurement Governance & Regulations.

• Carry out spend analysis and conduct purchase/contract negotiation with vendors/suppliers to ensure materials/services are acquired at most competitive pricing.

• Processing of PO, Change Order as well as timely deliveries and quality performance.

• Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders on materials/services received and closing of PO.

• Work closely and provide regular feedback on materials/services status to stakeholders.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or similar position with at least 2 years working experience.

• Proficient in supply chain management.

• Knowledge and understanding in procure to pay process.

• Knowledge in automotive industry is an advantage.

• Familiar with SAP platform and Microsoft 365 office tools.

• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.

• Good negotiation skill.

Job Responsibilities:

• Validate the completeness and accuracy of payments by ensuring that all supporting documents are in order
• Monitor integrity of system processes by conducting sampling of transactions to ensure payments are in order
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in accordance with documented processes
• Ensure that transactional accounting postings to general ledgers are accurate for the purpose of charging to the correct expense accounts
• Review and provide data and information for periodic management reporting and to provide support for external Financial Audit Management
