• Responsible for accuracy data entry input; filing for all data record documentation in the ERP & CRM systems
• Prepare printed materials and compilation of reports
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for administrative & payment arrangements

• Follow up closely with the team's work progress

Requirements

• Min qualification diploma with 2 years’ experience in admin work
• Similar experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Strong computer skill, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate with customer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Fast in respond and able to handle multiple task efficiently in a fast-paced environment

About Active Ageing Centres (AAC):

Our AAC serve as a key point of contact for seniors under our care, where we proactively reach out to them, organize social activities, and provide opportunities for interaction with the community. Our aim is to enable seniors to adopt an active lifestyle, pre-empt social isolation, and refer them to assistance in a timely fashion. We hope to improve the health outcomes of seniors living in the community through providing a suite of programs to help them live healthier lives and support their aspirations to age in place.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating support services and organising activities for the seniors
• Assist in planning & coordinating programmes and activities for the seniors
• Assist in managing, supervising and supporting volunteers
• Conduct Community Screener and ensure buddying & befriending criteria are met
• Assist in conducting outreach
• Assist Programme Executive to prepare monthly report
• General admin duties

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma with Social Service
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Preferably with interest and passion for the elderly
• This position is on contract basis

1. Partner Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Community Care Partners to understand Partner’s needs and aspiration.
• Be the primary point of contact and resource person to support Partners to navigate policies, schemes, and regulations in their provision of community care services (e.g. Centre-based Care, Home Care and/or Nursing Home).
• Support Partners on operations-related matters, including implementation of services / initiatives, compliance with licensing and service requirements, and co-creation of solutions.
  

2. Partners Development and Growth

• Support capacity development and growth of Partners in their provision of community care services.
  Assist with driving improvement in operational processes as well as delivery of care services
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate Partner’s participation in programmes and initiatives that will support their strategic growth
• Maintain oversight of Partner’s implementation plan, progress and depository of key information
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare or community care experience, preferably in stakeholder engagement, and project management
• Competency in basic statistics and MS Office applications
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders
