As part of the operations team that reports to the operations manager, the Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the operations of our shared bicycle, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, and driving the company’s growth. This role requires strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operations efficiency and increase ridership
• Work closely with contractors to ensure compliance with contract agreement standards
• Prepare monthly performance indicators reports
• Design, review, and conduct training syllabus for contractors to achieve consistent outcomes
• Manage import and export shipments
• Plan and execute outdoor events
• Key liaison with public agencies

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in business, operations, or logistics management
• At least 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for sustainable transportation and urban mobility
• Experience in G-Suite, Slack, and Notion will be advantageous
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage

Qualifications

Degree in marketing, communications, social sciences, and/or humanities disciplines.

Experience

Key Responsibilities

Support the management in

1. Stakeholder engagement: follow up on partnerships with individuals, corporations, and health and social care providers to work together and contribute resources required by family caregivers looking after persons who are nearing the end of life.

2. Fundraising: cultivate donors and implement fundraising campaigns

3. Brand management and outreach: generate newsworthy narratives to motivate and inspire stakeholders and the general public, and to organise outreach events to educate them in grief and death literacy.

4. Administration and governance: maintain a database of donors, suppliers and partners; draft reports and uphold ethical practice and compliance with prevailing regulations.

Job Requirements:

You will provide secretarial and administrative support to the doctors in the Department of Cardiology.

Your responsibilities will include typing, filing and photocopying of medical reports and other official documents, handling telephone enquiries from patients, taking minutes of meetings and coordinating meetings as well as the doctors’ logistical requirements for overseas conferences.

In addition, you will also assist the doctors in coordinating undergraduate teachings, weekly educational activities and other related administrative duties.
