Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and Verification of incoming stock
• Update Purchase Orders and Inventory information in the system
• Ensure accuracy of inventory information in system and physical stock
• Assist to load and unload deliveries as needed
• Planning of incoming containers to avoid D&D penalty
• Liaise with Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, Fleet, Operation to support the incoming and distribution of goods seamlessly
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Participate in stock take
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent
• Physically fit to lift stocks
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Rotating night-duties
• Right attitude, willing to learn
• 5.5 days work week (Alternate Sat)

Customer Service Executive (Sales Support)

Working days : Monday - Friday (830am to 530pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Managing Shipment Schedules
• Liaise with Factory and Logistic Companies for Inbound and Outbound Deliveries.
• Process and Generate Shipping Invoices and DO
• Verify merchandise shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.
• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
• Checking and confirming order status on pick-up and deliveries.
• Maintain, Track and log information in the system.
• Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests.

Responsibilities

• Full accounting spectrum handling monthly and year end closing activities covering General Ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables, fixed assets, banking and intercompany reconciliations.
• Responsible for banking matters, petty cash, corporate card management and employee claims.
• Prepare monthly journals and supporting schedules for reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handle local tax submission, filing activities and overall tax compliance.

Experience & Skills Required

• You should possess a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic Korean proficiency would be an added advantage.
• Besides being a team player, you should be organized, process oriented and also meticulous with an eye for detail.
• You should be focused on the end-results, constantly striving to deliver outstanding performance and ability to meet deadlines.
