o Get the Fixture Recap from Chartering Officer and study the same along with the C/P and Rider Clauses.

o Forward the Fixture Recap to the vessel.

o Liaise with brokers to get the voyage orders and forward the same to Master after going through it and making sure that the same is in line with the Recap.

C) On Voyage Completion – Post Fixture

o Ensure all Cargo Documents have been received from the Agent and Master.

o Calculate Demurrage and Submit to Post Fixtures as required.

o Reimbursement of Claims from Charterer’s if any.

o Prepare Voyage Result of vessel and submit to Operations Manager.

TIME CHARTER VOYAGES

D) Pre-Time Charter

o Liaise with Commercial for all pre-fixture queries and provide all Certificates, Questionnaires as required.

o Send C/P to Master.

o Ensure Delivery Notices are served on time.

E) During Time Charter

o Obtain necessary LOI(s) when required.

o Negotiate and appoint Agents for husbandry matters.

o Coordinate communication between parties involved in Charter.

o Ensure Time Charter hire is billed promptly.

o Also ensure Bunker ROB’s and other items as per C/P are billed.

F) Prior Completion of Time Charter

What is your mission?

• Check, match purchase order / requisition to purchase invoice and DO.
• Perform data entry of invoice documents into the accounting system.
• Ensure proper approval obtained before payment.
• Check and process employees' expense claims. Ensure claims are within company guidelines.

Role Description

This role is for a Senior Finance Executive based in Singapore for a one-year term. The Senior Finance Executive will oversee full spectrum accounting activities, including financial processes, AP & AR, GL, data migration, and audit schedules for local and overseas entities. Responsibilities include reviewing retrocession calculations, contributing to reports, and budget analysis. Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities including financial processes, AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, audit schedules, etc. of local and overseas entities.

Qualifications And Skills

• Will have 3-4 years of experience in accounting, including data migration.
• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel. Plus, to possess SQL Skills
