Responsibilities:

• Input daily bookings /amendments received from clients into Tour Plan.
• Check cost and tariff rates for each booking and client.
• Correspondence to confirm to agents/resolve disputes/report irregularities.
• Check and print invoice statements for accounting invoice.
• Other duties that may require by the management.

• Responsible for the entire procurement procedures including purchase requisitions, obtain quotes, purchase orders and delivery of goods according to the purchasing guidelines.
• Negotiate and build a good working relationship with the suppliers.
• Create inventory control and stock take for all goods supplied and delivered.
• Liaise with the Superintendents and vessels for matters relating to requisitions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing, or Supply Chain with equivalent qualifications.
• At least 3 years of purchasing experience in Marine/Shipping industry.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
