Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries and request
• Handle any operations issue regarding customer's order, PO invoice, Letter of Credit
• Assist in preparation of quotation, service agreement and other documents needed for the service provision, based on the templates.
• Support monthly reporting
• Handle sales incoming calls/enquiries and convey messages to relevant sales
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min NITEC or Diploma in any related course of studies
• Experience in coordination and customer service
• Able to handle customer service and multi tasking
• Good at communication or coordination
