• Monitor the usage of the laboratories and report the usage to the HOD/LH
• Maintain a loaning system for desk-copies and teaching resources for 4 levels of Science classes.
• Assist in the setting up, clearing and cleaning of demonstration apparatus
• Replacement of broken equipment from stock and be responsible for all equipment used in the teaching of science
• Keep a stock book and breakage record and to indicate necessary replacements
• Check and replenish the first aid kits in the 2 laboratories
• Prepare an inventory of stocks annually
• Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by the HOD (Science)
• Assist teachers when conducting practical lessons and tests in ensuring sufficient equipment for the pupils during the practical lessons and tests.
• Basic maintenance of Science garden

2. Office Administrative & Operations Support

• Support school administrative and operations matters. Eg. Office Front Desk Operations, setting-up support for school events/activities, buying of stamps and posting letters, sorting and distributing bulletins/notifications to teacher or classes, etc
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Operations Manager

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

• At least 3 ‘O’ levels passes
• At least 2 years experience preferably in school science laboratory
• Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Preferably with relevant working experience in a primary school

· Informing Property Owners of impending Public Works to be carried out within their vicinity via email

· Dealing with enquiries from the public, and related organisations on the works to be carried out

· Providing information to owners on the type of work carried out e.g. to HDB and Town Councils, putting up notices at site

· Liaising with owners on the time schedule for works to be carried out and to revert to them if there are any changes or issues
