• Process ERP Stock Requisition Requests and Stock Returns: Manage lifecycle of stock requests and returns; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Conduct On/Off-Site Stock Inventory Checks: Verify inventory levels and assist to maintain accurate records within the system.
• Issue Equipment and Access Cards: Manage the issuance/control of equipment and access cards to authorized personnel, following established SOP.
• Perform Data Entry, Collection, and Cleansing: Ensure accurate and complete data entry, actively identify and correct data inconsistencies.
• Support Payment and Billing Activities
• Perform other duties as assigned
