• Efficiently manage tenders and RFQs for various Air-freight products when assigned.
• Gather pricing information from carriers, co-loaders, and internal network sources (product teams, overseas stations) to deliver client-specific solutions and pricing.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with carriers and co-loaders.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for all Air-freight inquiries.
• Take responsibility for coordinating collection arrangements with both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with vendors to plan collection schedules and provide the Air Export operation team with comprehensive execution details, including cost information.
• Thoroughly review vendor invoices for shipments arranged and ensure accuracy.
• Generate and deliver weekly and monthly reports to customers and account managers when necessary.
• Extend support to the team in ensuring speedy and accurate responses to pricing and quotation requests from internal departments, overseas stations, and clients.
• Keep track of bid-winning ratios and conduct analysis as required.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• DG certified (Dangerous Goods Cat 6) or with DG knowledge will be an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Air-freight Pricing or within the forwarding or airline industry
• Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with carriers and co-loaders
