Education and Experience:

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in relevant disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar sectors
• Willing to work shift hours (including weekends, and overnight shifts) and be operationally ready for emergency deployment on off-days.

• To supervise 15 to 20 jobsites. Each project varies from 1 to 4 headcount
• Ensure that the cleaners have carried out their duties according to the contracts
• Class 3 licence: To transport float team workers
• To train all new workers and existing workers about the correct method of cleaning
• To plan and redeploy workers especially when a cleaner goes on leave or is absent
• To deliver the cleaning materials and equipment to the jobsites upon request by the cleaners monthly
• To replenish the stocks at the various job sites that are under your care
• To prepare daily and periodic work schedules of individual jobsites for them to carry out their daily duties
• To prepare for commencement of new project. Ensure that everything is ready 2 days before project starts
• To record attendance and job completion forms
• To attend weekly meetings in the office

Description:

• To ensure timely login of sales orders and processing for all sales
• To handle sales login for Key Account customers, including issuance of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders
• To liaise with vendors to resolve all leadtime issues of equipment and negotiation of project prices and payment terms
• To monitor project status and forecast project risks and take preventive measures
• To work closely with Finance Team on invoicing status and cashflow projections
• To ensure all suppliers’ price book are updated and made available to the sales team
• To ensure inventory are all accounted for and kept to minimum at all times
• To ensure all maintenance contracts are recorded in systems and information made available to Services Sales and Post Sales team at all times
• To ensure a smooth and efficient sales handover process to project and project to post sales

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Diploma in any discipline
• Min 1 year experience

Call Centre Officer

Duration: 6 months contract

Working hours: Any 5 days per week

Job Scope:

• Respond to a high volume of incoming customer calls through an automated phone system.
• Initiate outbound calls to patients, referrals, and sales contacts as necessary.
