Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist Contracts Manager in vetting of documents, email drafting, letter correspondences, NDAs, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and multi-tasking on a few projects.
• Assist in handling contractual mattersfrom the project teams and following up closely with them in close collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
• Assist in preparing documentation for various requirements and write-out for Adjudication Applications as and when requireddirected by the Contracts Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of workingexperiences in drafting contracts, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience in handling large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and application of SOP Act, PSSCOC and SIACOC will be an added advantage.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs, including outreach and restoration campaigns

• Prepare program proposal

• Coordinate logistical needs with external vendors and service providers

• Develop and manage the program budget

• Monitor and analyse program outcome proposal and prepare post-program report

• Update social media platforms and websites

Volunteer Management

• Recruit, engage, manage and retain volunteers

• Identify training needs to build volunteer capability

• Manage volunteer database

• Prepare monthly report

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure that the work operates according to the Ministry's guidelines.

   Ensure transparency and adherence to all financial and legal obligations.
   
5. Capital Structure and Financing:Optimize the company's capital structure, exploring financing options and managing relationships with financial institutions.
   Assess and execute financing strategies to support our growth initiatives.
   
6. Risk Management:Implement effective risk management strategies, identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with business operations.
   Stay abreast of market trends and industry best practices to guide risk management decisions.
   
7. Team Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
   Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the finance team.
   

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO in a publicly listed company is a must.
• Extensive experience in leading successful mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong financial acumen and a track record of strategic financial planning and analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities with investors and stakeholders.
• Experience in the tech industry is highly desirable.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
