The Executive is accountable to HR & Admin HOD and is responsible to assist with the talent acquisition, policy development, objectives determination, and other human resource processes in company. In addition to that, the executive will also be responsible to shape company’s work and employee policy.

Responsibilities:

• Review, formulate, implement and maintain HR policy and procedures
• Provide general HR and admin support (appointment letter, new staff orientation & etc)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Preferably full spectrum HR experience
• Candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• At least 2-3years and above of working experience in Human Resource in Singapore
• Sound knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act and Singapore Labour Law and HR practices
