Job Description:

• Responsible for Monitoring and advising contractors on vector control, solid waste management, noise and dust pollution control, drainage and silt control, general housekeeping management of the project/site,etc.
• Maintain and implement the company’s Environmental (ENV) management system, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Review and suggest improvements for the ENV system to enhance effectiveness and ensure legal compliance.
• Conduct environmental inspections, address non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are completed with evidence.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an ECO in the construction industry
• Preferably with recent HDB project working experience.
• Registered NEA ECO
• Possess a “Certificate of Competency (CoC) in Earth Control Measures (ECM) for Construction Site Personnel” (ie. ECMO certified), if without this certification ECO needs to obtain this within 6 months of employment at site;
