- coordination work between sales and administration service

- you are expected to work FROM HOME, so you must be disciplined and independent.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm

Working Location: Mandai Estate (15mins bus ride from Kranji MRT)

Job Description:

This role involves ensuring the efficiency, safety and compliance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, elevators and other mechanical infrastructure.

• Plan, manage, inspect, compile service reports for routine maintenance for M&E systems
• Prepare quotation via schedule of rates for any repairs or new works
• Attend to fault calls for emergency/ critical M&E systems
• Provide support in project works
• Attend meetings as arranged by superior
• Required to make frequent site visits to government sites (this is not a desk bound job)

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Mechanical Engineering
• Only those with relevant experience may apply
• We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
