Responsibilities:

• Assist to assess market opportunities and conduct research to understand customer needs
• Establish collaboration opportunities with hotels, attractions and companies
• Enhance customers experience through mall-wide promotions and events to drive patrons traffic and increase tenant sales
• Maximise the mall’s casual leasing revenue through the leasing of atrium spaces, road show spaces, media spaces and push-carts.
• Assist to develop and execute the annual marketing calendar effectively on a timely manner.
• Plan, execute and manage advertising, promotion and digital marketing strategies
• Coordinate and implement marketing and online activities in line with business objectives and visions
• Build and maintain good relationship with tenants and garner their participation in the mall’s marcom activities
• Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of marcom activities and make recommendations to adjust marketing strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications or relevant discipline
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Seeking for creativity, think out of the box marketing ideas from various industry
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving environment
• Self-motivated, highly resourceful, positive and proactive, and with these traits, thrive on challenges and time pressures in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Salary: ~$3000 per month

Location: Greenwich

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.45pm

Our client is a Global technology enabler headquartered in the United States and has an exciting opportunity for the candidate with the right aptitude and ambition looking to expand their experience in B2B Tech Communications across the APAC region.

Based in Singapore, you would have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in supporting key B2B stakeholders with developing written and visual content for corporate communications campaigns or projects. You would be familiar with project managing and implementing events and conferences as well as with supporting media relations across APAC markets.

Detailed oriented and social media savvy, you are great at juggling multiple projects while keeping an eye on deadlines. Your key advantage will be a good working knowledge of design software like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. An excellent bilingual communicator, you need to demonstrate that you can write effectively in English as well as Mandarin, other official languages are a bonus.

This role will require working with global offices, you must be open to participating in calls or meetings across time zones.
