Main Responsibilities:

• Issue sales & purchase contracts after trades are done
• Strong communication and coordination with traders in case of any discrepancies, missing information or inappropriate terms
• Vetting of master LC to ensure all terms are in order prior to pushing customers to open LC
• Arrange for LC opening in time prior to shipment
• Prepare custom documents required for custom clearance

What the role involves:

1. Handle ocean import process (communicate with customer, data entry, raise payment voucher, arrange transportation)
2. Arrange payments with Carrier / Co-loader upon receipt of Arrival Notices from Carriers / Co-loaders.
3. Process / input data of incoming shipments in Yunas system.
4. Sending Arrival Notice to customers, and liaise for clearance and delivery instructions

6. Arrange clearance documents and liaise with transporters for delivery arrangement

Key Job Requirements

• Experience: Min. 3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in IT products or solutions.
