Job Description:

This is a full role for an Air Operation Officer located in Changi. Our client provides full-fledged freight forwarders offering full inter-model transportation services for both inbound and outbound cargos. Your responsibility involves managing import operations, including awaiting pre-alerts to handle cargo release or delivery arrangements. Responsibilities include inspecting cargo at the warehouse for discrepancies and consulting the team leader for further instructions. The role requires regular communication with customers and overseas agents, monitoring emails, and handling customs-related tasks such as pre-declaring permits and submitting shipment details via the CCN system to Singapore Customs. Responsibilities
