Your Role

Managing a full set of accounts to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

• Overseeing GST submissions and maintaining fixed assets schedules.
• Conducting monthly invoicing, including rental and intercompany billings.
• Preparing payment vouchers, online transactions, and conducting bank reconciliations.
• Ensuring smooth cash management and preparing audit schedules for liaising with auditors.
• Addressing tax inquiries and managing intercompany loan agreements.
• Coordinating dividend declarations and overseeing director approvals.

Requirement

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• Certified Accounting Technician with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ACCPAC, Excel, and keen financial acumen.

As part of this position, you will be involved in a comprehensive range of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, policy review, performance management, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities

• Assist in employee payroll processing
• Assist in recruitment process, including screening resume, conducting preliminary telephone interview and interview arrangement
• Apply work passes for foreign workers including renewal and cancellation
• Prepare employment contracts and letters of appointment, confirmation and promotion
• Assist in CPF submission and preparation of tax submission and clearance
• Maintain employee database and update employee leave and entitlement records
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues
• Review and update organisation policies
• Review and configure current HR processes and strategy to boost overall productivity, increase performance and employee satisfaction
• Identify and draw on analytical tools and techniques to gather new insights, develop creative HR approaches and provide recommendations to people issues

RESPONSIBILITIES

The IT Executive II is a key member of Care Corner's internal IT team responsible for the support of PC & peripherals, network and enterprise systems used in Care Corner Singapore and Care Corner Senior Services. This role will work closely with the end-users, internal IT team, outsourced Level 1 helpdesk support service, as well as vendors/service providers via back-to-back support arrangements.

Reporting to the Head of IT and Digitalisation, the IT Executive II has both technical and non-technical responsibilities.

On the technical front, the IT Executive II will be supporting IT hardware and network (e.g. PCs, printer and network equipment) as well as administration of Microsoft 365 and related applications (including Exchange, Sharepoint and Teams phone), Entra and Azure Portal, Intune Management Portal, Salesforce, cloud backup solutions, and other SaaS solutions. There are regular tasks such as the monitoring and follow-up of system resources and alerts, including site availability, vulnerabilities and DNS records, and also Helpdesk tickets & reports. This role will also manage projects, such as relocation or upgrade of office networks, and migration of telephony systems. The IT Executive is also expected to assist with the research, development, troubleshooting and maintenance of low-code/no-code applications such as Power Automate & PowerBI.

On the non-technical front, this role will assist with IT sourcing and procurement, vendor management, project and system documentation, user training, policy enforcement, contract, license and subscription management, billing, and IT asset management.

Job Purpose

To support the Club in contract and agreement administration, work with General Manager on preparing disciplinary proceedings, review and assisting with drafting changes to Club Constitution and By-Laws. You will be expected to cover a range of administrative, secretarial and paralegal duties to support the various departments in the club.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Assist the Club / Membership Manager in drafting documents pertaining to disciplinary Proceedings, contract / agreement matters
2. Review and draft changes to Club Constitution and By-laws
3. Handle and provide advice on legal and regulatory affairs
4. Review, draft, negotiate and advise to Management and the various departments within the Company
5. Work with external lawyers with respect to litigation as and when required
6. Conduct relevant legal and regulatory searches and staying abreast of updates relevant to the Club
7. Ensure legal documents are compiled and maintained accordingly.
8. Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
