Job Description:

• Expand the merchant base by acquiring new merchants.
• Showcase and demonstrate our application to prospective merchants, emphasizing unique selling points and benefits.
• Generate leads using diverse channels such as cold calling, networking, door-to-door visits, and digital marketing, and convert leads into closed deals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with merchants to grasp their needs effectively.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives set by management.
• Collaborate with the team to devise and implement business development strategies.
• Maintain proper documentation for efficient administration.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development with a proven track record.
• Strong analytical skills demonstrated through rational, logical, and creative thinking.
• Highly self-driven, success-oriented, and resourceful.
• Willingness to conduct door-to-door visits to pitch to potential merchants.

Ø Do Employee Monthly Payslips. Generate staff ID using the payroll system

Ø To handle Company Accounts such as invoices, payables, taxes and all related areas and assist the Company Accountant in handling account matters. Following up outstanding payments from clients.

Ø Monitor & Keep records of Active Staff List (ASL) & PLRD Updates -such as security officers notifications, cessations, deployments of sites update as per Management instructions.

Ø To manage petty Cash updates & reimbursements

Ø To assist with Quotations & Contract Managements to clients. (as and when required)

Ø To assist in accessing for WPOL/EPOL/MOM- such as work pass application, work pass renewals as per Managements advise and approval.

Ø To assist in SACE Consultancy-E LMS , ADMIN support

Ø To prepare monthly, weekly and daily payroll

Ø Submitting government related grants, CPF and surveys

Ø Office Administrative works such as filling and maintaining of employee’s particulars, monitoring employees leave and courses.

Ø Submitting and purchasing of office supplies as and when required.

Ø Additional assignments as assigned by the Management

• Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics
• Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns
• Working closely with team and coordinators
• Website and social media platform content update and content writing
• Organising events, exhibitions and promotional activities
• Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline
• Organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
• Excellent written and verbal English & Chinese
• Handle customer complain
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties when assigned

Our client is an well-known leader in the REITs space. They are currently looking for a Compliance Officer to be based in Singapore.

The Role

• The role is responsible for implementation of Compliance and AML/CFT program and managing the full range of matters related to compliance, governance, AML/CFT, compliance risk assessment, STR related investigations and compliance/AMLCFT training.
• The compliance Officer reports to the Head of Compliance on on-going compliance status and on any findings of infringements and its recommended actions.
• The Compliance Officer provides regulatory advisory relating to all guidelines to all compliance related enquiries form business units/ member offices.
• Compliance Officer acts as Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to submit Suspicious Transaction Report (STR)

To Qualify

• Degree in law, business, finance or compliance related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the Management Advisory/ Financial Services/ Investment industries
• Experience in a compliance function, preferably gained from accounting, corporate secretarial, management services, banking/ financial services and shared services firms
• Extensive regulatory knowledge (AML/CFT, CRS, PDPA, KYC guidelines, etc.)
• Experience in background check such as AML/CFT screening, KYC/CDD, applications
• Experience in performing Risk Assessment
• Good interpersonal, influencing and networking skills
• Ability to work independently as well as good team player
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and stay focused on the big picture while addressing daily issues
• Ability to identify problems and issues and apply problem solving skills to provide solutions
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
