• Arrange shipments, including permit declarations, for air imports
• Provide guidance and assistance in air cargo operations at the terminal when necessary
• Respond promptly and accurately to all incoming emails
• Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders to facilitate efficient shipment execution
• Perform any additional tasks as delegated by management

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Air freight forwarding operations
• Good working experience in air cargo clearance permit declarations
• DG Certification would be an added advantage

The Job:

• Managing the Scholarship application processes
• Ensuring efficiency, consistency and accuracy throughout
• Work closely with various stakeholders, including prospective students, the Admissions Office, the scholarship selection panel, and external partners to facilitate the selection and awarding of scholarships to deserving candidates
• Support the Committee to develop strategies and implement initiatives
• Coordinate meetings of the scholarship selection panel, providing administrative support, scheduling, preparing review materials and consolidating outcomes of panel discussions
• Maintain accurate records of scholarship applications, recipients’ data and program impact

The Requirements:

• Min Degree Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in disciplines such as Business Administration, Education, Event Management
• Possess at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in administration, educational institution, youth development
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
