HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Works closely with management and employees including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee engagement and talent development, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of HR services and functions.
• Provide advice, guidance, coaching and counseling to business managers to effectively meet business goals

Requirements

Our broadcast production team is focused on craft and delivering on a creative idea while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. The Group Executive Producer will be responsible for strategic planning and leading the charge on production with experience and expertise in all markets where work in produced. You are responsible for taking the lead on all aspects of production from the agency briefing right through to delivery, all the while providing consistent, effective, and innovative solutions across multiple media and project types.

As a Group Executive Producer

• Be a part of the leadership team for Publicis Production and share ownership in the success of the Groupe’s production ambitions
• Builds strong, trusting relationships with clients and our creative agency leaders
• Oversees concurrent projects with multiple work streams and large internal and external teams
• Represents a master of craft within the industry that has a proven ability to manage teams of producers across all production disciplines
• Able to speak knowledgeably about all aspects of talent and advise producers within their group
• Has a deep understanding of lead creative agency’s client’s creative goals and ambitions, is current on competitive bidding best practices, and ensures all work is produced with creative and client needs in mind
• Lends industry expertise and advises producers on selection and negotiation of all outside vendor contracts based on both scope/budget/timeline of project and which vendor is best suited to re-create the creative vision
• Has a collective responsibility with business leads to deliver on revenue and production internalisation KPIs

• Effective negotiation and positive-minded problem-solving skills required
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
