Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business leaders in to figure out the org. and HR issues and provide proper HR solutions with the support from global HR COE and SSC team. Support the business development and the achievement of business target.

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising to onboarding, collaborating with management and line managers based on a defined global TA process.

• Review and propose pay structures and employee benefits in alignment with global policies.

• Collaborate with the Senior Management team to set individual team member objectives contributing to business growth.

• Attend, organize, and participate in global HR alignment meetings as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years experience in HR

• Proven HR experience with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development, incentive plans.

• Strong understanding of employment regulations and best HR practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

• Leading and scaling the Sales, Business Development and Customer Success teams

Job Descriptions:

• Procure, source, and purchase vessels' spare parts, supplies, and services, including preparing relevant purchase orders and job orders to ensure proper supply for vessels.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to assist Superintendents in determining the best offer among potential suppliers.
• Verify suppliers’ invoices against quotations and track vessels’ total expenditure against approved budgets. Resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
• Monitor vessels’ movements, liaise with suppliers, masters, and agents to ensure timely delivery of supplies on board.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchased stores and spares for vessels, including follow-up and filing.
• Actively follow up on vessels’ defect reports, arrange third-party service vendors, and manage docking issues.
• Coordinate closely with Technical Superintendents and shipboard officers on various technical matters.
• Maintain and update vessels’ technical certificates and arrange renewals as required.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Technical Superintendents or Technical Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holders with 2-3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the Shipping industry.
• Familiarity with vessel records and certificates.
• Meticulous, IT savvy, good team player, and able to communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Responsible for developing new prospects, maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service Industry.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and food service providers.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and manage receivables effectively.
• Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Compile market information (Example: market trend, competitors’ information) and analyse sales data to prepare detailed weekly progress reports.
• Generate comprehensive monthly sales reports to inform management decisions.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager from time to time.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with sales or marketing area, preferably in food sales/manufacturing industry.

• Working hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hours)
• Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment, Up to $3300 (Depending on experience)
• Up to $1000 Transport Allowance if possess own vehicle.
