Duties and Responsibilities

Support and administer network and applications including troubleshooting on any technical issues remotely and/or on-site
Evaluate causes, implications of problems, ascertain glitches and identify possible solution options
Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses
Support and administer outlets CCTVs, POS system, receipt printers, routers, etc

Requirements:

• At least Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possessing CompTIA, A+, MCTS is at an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including printers, computers, projectors and other IT Peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, Microsoft Office, HR and Accounts Software applications, Adobe etc
• Communicate with IT vendors for the maintenance and software license expiration

This role will report to the Customer Service Team Leader.

As a Customer Resolution Executive, you will be the go-to person for our offshore Customer Service Officers. You will be involved in assisting the Customer Service Team Leader in managing day-to-day operations of the contact center - provide insights, advice and approvals to technical cases escalated by our customer service officers and take over any complex cases and complaints as a level 2 support staff. This role requires you to have a strong interest in consumer electronic products and keeping up-to-trend with the technologies. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive experience with our brand.

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide timely, accurate and quality responses to complex cases, complaints and VIP customers via various contact points such as Emails, Live Chats and Phone Line
2. As the 2nd level support, review escalated cases and provide advice to frontline agents
3. Build sustainable relationships and act as the liaison between customer service department and various BUs such as technical team, operations team, etc.

Overview for the role:

The Student and Academic Services Officer is to provide extensive administration support to academic staff and maintain the applicable academic systems for the school

Job Duties:

1. Academic Staff

-Prepare and maintain sessional academic staff employment contracts.
-Organise and maintain academic staff contact details, network accounts and systems access.
-Ensure academic staff have access to required equipment and resources.
-Obtain necessary teaching approval for academic staff.
-Maintain records of qualifications and CVs of academic staff.
-Register academic staff details through online systems to maintain CPE registration of academic staff.
-Check sessional academic staff teaching claims for submission to Finance for processing.
-Assist in planning and organising Professional Development workshops for academic staff.

2. Students Systems Management
-Manage students’ record and update students’ status on Student Management systems to ensure accuracy of record and academic status.
