Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, cheerful, client-centric, and helpful individual to join our team. The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers and tenants, and coordinating viewings. You will need to be fast, organised, and meticulous when sharing and collecting information from potential buyers or tenants. Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and Phone calls);

• Obtaining quotations for new and existing client's insurance policies, answering client's queries promptly, and processing of insurance policies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships by providing support, information and evaluating customer needs accurately.
• Handle daily office administrative duties including data administration, answering of phone calls, attending to emails and phone messages promptly.
• Other administrative duties as assigned by manager.

Job purpose

• Reporting to the Retail Manager; your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Overall accountable for retail stores, including P&L, fulfilment of targets (sales, productivity, …), SOPs and

• policies of the company

• Monitor sales and provide routine/monthly sales reports with recommendations for business growth

• Resolve the issues, maintain the standards and enhance the operations process

• Make sure that the stores comply with all health and safety regulations

• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel

• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

• Ensure stock control policies are followed diligently to control stock loss and cost control

• Forecast quantities that need to be purchased from HQ to maintain healthy stock on hand

• Organize and compile source data for input into the company's core system
• Utilize standard procedures to address any discrepancies or deficiencies identified during data entry.

Schedule for Assessment and OT sessions

Prepare weekly schedule

Prepare invoices and payments through quickbook

Requirements:
