Registered as Workplace Safety and Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower

Minimum of 5 years WSHO experience

Good interpersonal, management and decision making skills

Remuneration will be based on experiences

• Issue policies, adjustments, and manage member updates.
• Calculate premiums, ensure timely tax and card issuance.
• Handle client/agent queries and champion digital solutions.
• Manage accurate documentation and resolve issues independently.
• Support projects to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business or other related courses with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case assessment and formulate Individualized Care Plan for Persons with Dementia and their carers.
• Provide intervention such as psychoeducation, supportive counselling and service referral. Able to administer Advance Care Planning will be a bonus.
• Liaise and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and external service providers for holistic care management.
• Provide case recordings and relevant documentations.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences as required.
• Assist in the preparation of data and statistics for programme evaluation and reporting purposes.
• Plan and facilitate Peer Support Group for Carers of Persons with Dementia.
• Plan and set-up Peer Support network amongst carers for Persons with Dementia.
• Support in outreach events and talks.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably with degree in an allied health profession/social work
• Good oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to speak a second language and/or dialect(s) will be an added advantage
• Ability to facilitate group sessions will be an added advantage
• Able to work on occasional Saturdays and weekday evenings.
