Duties

• Assist in all accounting matters and responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
• Responsible for all payroll functions in the organization
• Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
• Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
• Involved in HR duties such as but not limited to, work pass application, payroll processing and maintenance of Employee files
• Perform general administrative duties
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounts / HR / Admin related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting firm
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Hiring: Senior Accounts Executive

Job Description:

•Verify documents submited by executive in-charge. All submissions have tobe endorsed by the respective budget holders before approval by ED.

•Check all data entry input by Finance Executive.

•Verify day to day banking of incoming cash/cheques.

•Atend to enquiries on accounting maters from internal and externalstakeholders.

Month-end:

Review bank reconciliations.

•Review GL schedules.

•Ensure completeness of all Inter-department recharge.

•Manage month end closing of SSA accounts.

Quarter-end:

•Prepare quarterly submission of GST returns.

•Manage quarterly closing of SSA accounts.

•Tracking & monitoring of budget balances.

Year-end: Assist with year-end accounts for statutory reporting.

Prepare year-end audit schedules.

Liaise with Auditors on any audit queries/maters.

Budgeting:

•Assist in fund raising activities.

•Assist with annual budgeting exercise.Others (including fund raising):

•Check all Statement of Accounts (SO) submited by executive in-charge for all fund-raising activities for auditing purposes.

•Provide accounting assistance to SSA/Unit Leaders.

•Fixed Assets Management.

Requirements:

•Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business.

•Minimum 2 years' experience.•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

•Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks and Xero willbe advantageous.
