Salary: $3000 per month
Working days: 5 days per week
Work location: Clarke Quay / Novena
Contract duration: 6 months or until ~Dec 2024 (subject to operations needs & performance)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data (target respondent: corporate company/establishment)
- Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
- Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
- Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
- Provide status report to the supervisor
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in administrative & customer service
- Prior experience in call center environment will be beneficial
- Able to work in a fast paced environment & achieved assigned targets/KPIs
- Well spoken and good verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in MS office, especially Excel
