Job Scope:

• Building good rapport with existing and new clients
• Regular visits and follow up with clients
• Develop new business with clients who might benefit from company’s products and services
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Negotiation of commercial and project conditions, handle sales documents, reports
• Handle customer’s enquiries and feedback
• Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
• Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to both potential and current customers to introduce our IT solutions and services.
• Identify customer needs and generate interest in our products and services.
• Arrange meetings for the direct sales team with prospective clients.
• Establish rapport with customers, addressing objections and responding to inquiries effectively.
• Confidently present product benefits and features to prospects.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions, appointment statuses, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure customer data is current and well-organized for efficient follow-up.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to align efforts with lead generation strategies and campaigns.
• Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to drive ongoing improvements.
• Consistently achieve or surpass individual KPIs, including call volume, scheduled appointments, and solution center attendance.
