Responsibilities

• Provide support in the daily operations of the Sports Centre and the Pro Shop
• Assist to manage the facilities in the Sports Centre and organise competitions, leagues and friendly matches
• Actively promote Sports events within the Club
• Assist to address and resolve member’s queries and manage the Sports section membership database
• Attend and assist meetings with convenors & committee members when required
• Other ad-hoc operational duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Sports Management or equivalent and with at least 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in a Sports industry
• Independent, proactive and diligent and able to work with tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills, warm and friendly and possess good command of spoken & written English
• Enjoy meeting people from different nationalities
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

About the Role

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the delivery of services to meet the requirement of the customers by coordinating with the different service providers, warehouse and other department. You will form an inegral part of the customer service team to play a critical role in driving operational excellence to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

This role is an implant role and will be working at the customer's site in Kallang permanently.

Key Responsibilities

• To monitor inbound shipments, update tracking, provide updates to stakeholders, coordinate customs clearance and unloading at 3PL
• To coorindate smooth clearance of inbound shipments with forwarders and perform timely Goods Receipt into SAP system.
• To handle daily shipments received from customer and coordinate with appointed 3PL service providers to execute in a timely manner. Process includes; empty return's collection, prompt response to enquiries and the management of customer
• To perform regular return shipment of empty canisters and cylinders to customer's plants
• Responsible for timely updates of assigned reports
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level education
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
• Good team player who can work independently with minimum supervision
• Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to work offsite in customer's location

Working hours & Salary:

• 2 days a week (Tuesday & Friday), 10am to 6pm (1hour lunch break)
