• Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Financ
• Prepare and send out electronic payslip
• Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission
• Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects
• Handle staff enquiries on payroll matters

Requirements:

• Preferably with relevant working experience handling high volume
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Knowledge in Frontier e-HR System is an added advantage
• Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in for a fast-paced environment
• Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table/Vlookup)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
