Job Requirements

• Assist to develop and prepare the schematic design drawings for client’s review and approval and to a stage to enable the other consultants to commence preliminary/detailed design work.
• Research and propose ‘green’ (environmentally-friendly) concepts in architectural designs, and promulgate use of ‘green’ material and equipment in designs.
• Assist to liaise with various parties for project requirements
• Assist to guide the Drafting Office to prepare drawings for the various stages, and to co-ordinate tender drawings /documents.
• Assist to monitor and guide the Drafting Office on all matters concerning submission to the relevant government authorities for approval and endorsement.
• Undertake other tasks that may be required by Project Architect in co-ordinating technical matters.
• Assist Project Architect to prepare, monitor and update the project schedule and submit the schedule to the client for approval.
• Attend with Project Architect in consultants/site meetings and assist to prepare the minutes of meeting.
• Assist to co-ordinate the schedule, check and monitor the status of the various competent authorities’ submission/compliance and application.
• Assist to ensure compliance to the competent authorities’ requirements and preparation of the necessary forms, calculations, letters and documents in other forms.

• Working Hours: 6days (12 hours shift, 6 am – 1 am, any 12 hours)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide secure transport and escort services for ATM cash replenishments and collections.
• Ensure the safety and security of cash and valuable items during transit.
• Coordinate with bank personnel and security teams to schedule and execute secure cash movements.
• Conduct route planning and risk assessments to ensure safe transit.
• Monitor and maintain vigilance during transit, identifying and responding to potential security threats.
• Adhere to all security protocols and procedures during cash handling and transport.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash movements, including documentation of deliveries and collections.
• Report any incidents or suspicious activities immediately to the relevant authorities.
• Perform regular checks on security equipment and vehicles to ensure proper functioning.
• Provide a professional and courteous service to clients and stakeholders.

• Valid PLRD license with relevant security training and certifications.
• Prior experience in security or cash transit roles is preferred.
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
