11. Attendance of meeting and or site survey with clients.

12. Submission of quotations / costing to clients within stimulated time frame.

13. Maintenance of good public relationship with vendors / clients.

14. Logistic and manpower planning and arrangement.

Job Description:
1. Search information on pending and ongoing construction ( curtain wall ) projects in the Singapore market;
2. Search information on local project developers, general contractors, architects, consultants, etc. in Singapore;
3. Contact and visit customers, introduce the company to customers, assist in pre-qualification works required by customers;
4. Keep track the progress of the project and tender, internal update the relevant information;
5. Liaise with the owner and contractors, collect and sort out project tender documents;
6. Attend the internal tender meetings , assign work to the technical and marketing teams;

7. Carry out coordination work during the tender and assist the work to be completed in time and with quality;
8. Maintaining good communication and relationships with customers, coordinate well with them ;
9. Arrange and attend the clarification meetings after award the project;

Job Requirements:
1. Self-motivated ,challenges in difficulties, solve problem independent
2. Good communication skills, interested in dealing with people and new things;
3. Bachelor degree or above in any field. Preferred in engineering ;
4. Knowledge and experience in curtain wall industry are preferred ;
5.Have local customer sources are preferred ;
6. Fluent in both Chinese and English, proficient in Chinese reading and writing;
7. Proficient in using various office software,search engine and intelligence tools such as ChatGPT;
