Role and Responsibilities

• To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies if any
• To assist senior financial officers as needed or other accounting duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry on monthly basis and submit to Account Manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant local experience in civil engineering projects, specifically in infrastructure, sewer & drainage, and roadworks.
• Certifications: Possession of Resident Technical Officer (RTO) certification is preferred.
• Project Exposure: Experience working on LTA, HDB or PUB projects is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with Mandarin/Bahasa Indonesia-speaking clients.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and good computer skills.
