Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The service required are set out as follows :

Cleaning and tidying of college areas:

• General Office.
• HOD Room
• Staff Room
• Meeting Rooms
• Staff Pantries
• Lift Lobby
• Toilets

Hostel:

• To escort contractor (ad-hoc or term) to respective locations for repair and maintenance
• To check for any common area defects
• To carry out gardening works, Eg. water potted plants
• To carry out cleaning works for rooms, including preparing bed linens for new ad-hoc check-in
• To carry out cleaning works for common area, Eg. wet area, lift lobby, office, meeting room, toilet, empty recycle bins (NEA blu boxes) etc
• To store keep the luggage room, such as bed linens, tools and spare parts for ad-hoc repairs
• General maintenance such as changing of filter for air purifier, maintenance and replacement of vacuum cleaner bags etc

Any other duties as assigned by Officer-in-charge

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Ability to understand basic English instructions and communicate in English
• Preferably 2 years’ experience in cleaning and general maintenance work

Responsibilities:

1. Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration and upgrading (on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users).
2. Manage computer networks and related computing environments on systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
3. Documentation of all the IT assets, user information, phone lines, data lines and software licenses and maintenance.
4. Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measure.
5. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
6. Managing of IT assets and assists in decision making on acquiring IT assets.
7. Setting up all the IT requirements which includes PC, Copier Machines, required software and the applications pertaining to the respective department.
8. Email configuration – creating email IDs for the new staffs, taking backup of the outlook files, adding additional email accounts in accordance to internal procedure.
9. Monitor server infrastructure and application full data and system backup, load balancing web server.
10. Assists with the implementation of any new system and technology that will improve work processes and member experience.
11. Collaborate with organization's IT management to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
12. Assist management to perform testing of the Group’s Business Continuity Plan (eg. business process recovery tests and data restoration testing).
13. Others:

• Ready to be on-call and provide site support when needed
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT-related field with at least 2-years working experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
5-10 years of hands-on experience in cargo and vessel operations in an oil and/or gas trading company
Knowledge in Maritime law
Excellent skills in Excel are preferred

Job Scope:

• Support various work teams with administrative requests such as managing of invoices processing and tracking.
• Assist in purchasing and tracking of stock orders.
• Maintain stock of office supplies and order as needed.
• Responsible for answering & directing phone calls, greeting & coordinating appointments, scheduling & facilitating on- or off-site consultations and meetings.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
  
• Required language(s): English
• No work experience required.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
