• Support start-up, contract maintenance and other service activities with emphasis on safety and protection.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, logging, corrective maintenance works and to carry out warranty repairs.
• Participate in service and repair of gas detectors, safety activities, emergency response, breakdown calls and ad hoc projects.
• Manage all orders efficiently until fulfilment stage, by working closely with Service team.
• Liaison with relevant parties such as customers, service supervisor, coordinators and logistic pertaining to queries, technical issues, status and deliveries.
• Ensure equipment turnaround and breakdown responses are achieved at optimal level of efficiency.
• To provide support to other service activities that may be assigned in the course of work
• Effective communication of technical information to employees, customers and external parties in an accurate and concise manner in both a written and verbal media.
• To participate/take up Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities/ activities as per requested by the company.

Requirement

• Min. Diploma / NITEC in engineering required
• Min. 3years' experience as a service engineer in Oil & Gas / Process industry.
• Knowledge in Electrical & instrumentation is preferred.
• Work experience in Process Instrumentation is a plus.
• Good team player.
• Customer service oriented.

The Talent

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or any related field
• At least 5 to 6 years relevant experience in oil&gas or petrochemical
• Advance knowledge with rotating equipment
• Advance knowledge on planning and maintenance of static equipment
• Advance knowledge in Primavera P6 & SAP
• Experienced in handle plant outages
• Able to start in a short notice / immediately

The Job

• Plan and direction of member of the maintenance team
• Provides successful execution of maintenance or TAR work
• Estimate and plan craft hours
• Job in charge an materials unit to maintain safety stock
• Perform daily review of all maintenance work order and material reservation
• Attend meetings and responsible for weekly and daily work schedules
• Facilitate executive of TAR milestone schedule
• Coordinate with SAP and relevant vendors to improve on daily planning processes and reporting

• Follow the Project Management Process from award until handover including all statutory requirements and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plan for multiple projects
• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Manage cost and pre-empt / highlight potential cost overrun and late delivery of project.

Requirements:

• Min degree / diploma education in Mechanical, Electrical &/or electronics Engineering and Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of project management in lifts & escalator (preferred) or other relevant experience.
