REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience working in a CSM/Solution Engineer role, or as a client-facing technical and business analyst with involvement in project implementation, pre-sales and support activities.
• Hands-on technical experience with JavaScript, HTML, Java, SQL, Web and database technologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple client accounts in autonomy with little or no management oversight.

• Coordinate with Project team of vendor specialists for work which need vendor specialist support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Initiate the subcontractors sourcing, inquiry package issuing, work scope clarification, sub-contractors evaluation & selection, cost negotiation and PO issuance.
• Work scope clarification & confirmation, BQ verification and construction direct & indirect cost estimation.
• Initiate Project’s Kick off meeting with the selected subcontractor and coordinating with selected subcontractors to ensure they are in line with company or project strategies and planning. Education Qualifications & Other Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Over 3 years’ relevant experience in construction management field.

• Provides remote and onsite technical support and communications for high severity issues and technical assistance for product upgrades.

• Drives and assists in customer technical escalations, working on resolutions and leading postmortem discussions.

• Responds rapidly to unplanned events, including after hours for Severity 1 issues.

• Coordinates and expedites support cases with Backline, Engineering, Product Management, and others within Veritas on behalf of the customer.

Experience:

• Be a member of the Process Engineering Team for top quality servers & storage products, maintain and update end to end production process & value stream mapping, cover end to end production process for better efficiencies thru process optimization, layout/work station enhancement as well as smart factory / automation projects
• Cooperate with the NPI PM team, Test Engineers, Quality, Production, Planning, Logistic and other departments to support production, including audit
• Support NPI ramp with propose new equipment, manage equipment readiness to support LVO, Engineering Change and customer requirement
• Ability to perform first level process issue triage and resolve issues locally where possible, analyze and identify process issue and deficiencies with follow up actions for resolution and improvement to meet goal for cost, quality and delivery.
• Escalate any process issue found to have major impact on quality, process and or cycle time if not able to resolve locally
