Job requirement

• Degree in Engineering or minimum 3 years’ of project management experience

• Excellent Japanese Language skills (JLPT N1 or equivalent level) in both business writings & speaking to coordinate & communicate precise information with Japanese stakeholders in the APAC region / counterparts in Japan HQ.
• Experience in negotiation for contract terms
• Technical skill to utilize Primavera P6, which is software for project management, to lead the regular progress update and the contractual negotiation arrangement such as extension of time.

As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the technical infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and streamlining operational workflows to support Project WATT.
