An Infrastructure Engineer (IE) is responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining the IT infrastructure using the latest technology for our Customers as well as internal in house systems. An Infrastructure Engineer requires all the IT systems that support businesses of any size to function efficiently. Infrastructure here includes Internet connectivity, security, cabling, servers and networking, virtualization platforms, storage area networks and any infrastructure related technologies.

With the expertise, Infrastructure Engineers ensure all of the systems within an organization function seamlessly. They work on site or remotely by evaluating all the systems within an infrastructure. Engineers may also be required to interact with all vendors on behalf of the customers or company concerning the infrastructure.

Infrastructure Engineer should be knowledgeable about network and security concepts, SAN technology and storage, and tuning techniques and system performance configuration and they should have exposure to networking in Windows server and Linux, TCP/IP environment, virtualization technologies, and OS performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems related to security surveillance, including IP CCTV, Perimeter Protection Systems (PPS), Physical Security Information Management Systems (PSIM), Video Management Systems (VMS), and audiovisual systems.
• Analyze, plan, implement, test, and manage integrated perimeter, video surveillance, and video analytics security systems, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet clients' service delivery agreements and ensure seamless system functionality.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and partners to diagnose, resolve, and support both preventive and corrective maintenance of systems.
• Interpret and work with technical documentation, installation manuals, system drawings, and construction-related materials like floor plans.
• Assist the maintenance team to ensure system availability and reliability meets customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement new technologies for enhanced security and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site electrical power and cabling work, ensuring adherence to construction safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide support during emergency situations, even outside of normal working hours, when required.
• Perform other technical-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in security surveillance hardware and software administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of IP CCTV systems, PPS, PSIM, VMS, and audiovisual systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, system drawings, and construction plans.
• Hands-on experience in electrical power systems and cabling work, with a solid understanding of on-site operations.
• Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and protocols.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle pressure effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to respond to emergency situations and provide support outside regular working hours.

Responsibilities:

· Assist the project manager with on- and off-site meeting pertaining to the technical issues

· Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities

· Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project

· Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule

· Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities

· Coordinates with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines and Quantity surveyors;

· Address site issues related to design;

· Liaises with Consultants and sub-contractors;

Requirements:

· Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

· Min 1 years and above of relevant construction experience

Job Overview:

• Report directly to the Project Manager, managing ACMV works within the built environment.
• Ensure project management aligns with engineering and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with the design department to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
• Oversee contracts, costs, schedules, coordination, and overall project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
2. Implement and oversee Project Quality Plan, Safety Management Plan, and Building Execution Plan.
3. Develop, maintain, and manage the BIM model and project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports).
4. Liaise with clients to meet their requirements and ensure project scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
5. Address and resolve technical or contractual issues during the project lifecycle.
6. Oversee the construction process to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality completion.
7. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and ensure contractor performance.
8. Manage project handover to the client, ensuring compliance with all relevant Singapore regulations and standards.
9. Promote and manage safety activities and compliance inspections.
10. Obtain necessary permits and approvals and work with authorities to minimize public disruption during construction.
11. Ensure sustainability and environmental friendliness of the project.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in healthcare facilities (hospitals, labs, operating theatres).
• Experience in commercial or industrial buildings (warehouses, factories).
• Experience with government projects and data centers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or a related field, with ACMV project experience preferred.
• Graduates with a degree in Sustainable Infrastructure are encouraged to apply.
• Bizsafe Level 2 safety certification or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong independence and leadership skills in a team environment.
• Knowledge of BIM and a valid driver's license are advantageous.

Prerequisites:

• Experience with automation tools such as Salt/Chef/Puppet/Ansible
• Experience with load balancing setup for TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, routings.
• Knowledge of IT security standards, for instance from CIS or IM8.
• Experience on building and developing CI/CD pipeline and workflow (Gitlab CI/CD preferred)
• Good hands-on experience on using AWS Cloud Formation scripts for configuration management and application deployment
• Overall knowledge on one or more of the following programming language (Java, Spring Boot, Node JS, Angular JS, React Native)
• Knowledge on continuous integration, test automation, version control, and software configuration management.

Desired Background:
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years in software development industry or server infrastructure setup
• Experience in software-defined infrastructure (OpenStack, CloudStack, VSphere).
• Experience with infrastructure provision tools (Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Chef etc.).
• Good understanding of hardware infrastructure systems (network switches, firewalls, routers etc.) and Linux operating system.
• Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices. Knowledge in DecSecOps will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Domain Expert responsible for design and implementation of network security architectural framework, standard methodologies, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement defense-in-depth network analytics technologies and solutions.
• Ensure best security practices, and provide technical consulting on the use of firewall, access control, intrusion detection and prevention, malware analysis, and threat correlation.
• Implementation of load balancers and other security appliances like email security, web gateway, web security appliances, etc
• Implementation of Firewall or APT like Cisco / Sonicwall / Palo Alto / Fortinet / Juniper
• Implementation of security applications like DLP / Anti-virus / NAC / SIEM
• Ability to provide customers' satisfaction and execution for all project deliverables
• Provide rectification and resolution of network problems/issues

Requirements:

• Degree with min 2 years' experience in Network & Security Project Implementation
• CCDA / CCNP certification
• Strong background in security architecture including a deep knowledge of IT network security (secure LAN, WAN, vLAN, MPLS, and secure network zoning and restricted network design) and cloud-based technologies
• Strong background in Network Engineering including a deep understanding of Windows Server architecture, Windows Virtualization, Networking, Backup Solutions, and Disaster Recovery
• Project management of large scale network projects will be an advantage
• Provide daily support team to meet stringent SLA requirements
