Requirements:

• Higher/Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in maintenance or engineering role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify new customers accordingly to the assigned product segments and establish a new customer account.
2. Provide sufficient technical-related support to new customers or existing customers.
3. Able to learn and adapt to new technology.
4. Prepare final quotation and complied final proposal to all RFQ.
5. Follow up closely with customers for any potential projects.
6. Attend Sales Funnel review and prepare sales forecast.
7. Attend after-sales support if any and do the necessary coordination work.
8. To ensure and maintain good relationships with customers
9. Able to perform customer presentations.
10. Prepares Market research reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and recommending marketing actions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Management or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in the area of precision engineering, equipment, and automation manufacturing.
• Strong presentation skills and good negotiation skills.
• Analytical minded with strong organizational skills and acute time-management skills.
• Able to effectively, interact with a variety of personnel at all organizational levels and customers.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and cost management software.

Responsibilities:

System Administration

• Planning and migration of network, bare metals, virtual machines and services from Jurong East Hub Level 1 Server Room to Level 9 Computer Room
• Handling daily backup of DevOps services
• Administration of user accounts for access of services and environment
• Troubleshooting of servers and network issues

DevOps and Infrastructure Management

• Liaising with client for provisioning and deployment on QA and Production (current known as QA/Prod) environment
• Validating and assess risks and impact on both QA and Production environment, with Application team, on any CAB inputs
• Point of contact for Phase 1 VAPT assessment and resolution
• Mitigate and resolve security risks for deployment in client’s environment
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline and automate processes.
• Ensure security and compliance across the infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 3+ years of experience in system administration or DevOps.
• Experience in server/network migrations, daily backups, and user account management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for servers and network issues.
• Familiarity with QA/Production deployments, risk assessment, and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes.
• Hands-on experience with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and resolving security risks.
• Proficiency in automating processes and ensuring infrastructure security and compliance.
• Knowledge of tools like Ansible, Jenkins, monitoring systems, and networking protocols.
