1. Job Purpose
The supervisor is required to perform the portering duties of transporting/escorting patients, and dispatching of documents, specimens, medications, blood and mortuary cases. Supervisor is also responsible for managing porters timesheets and leave forms, asset inventory and portering system.

• Ability to devise creative technical SEO solutions across complex, large and multi-language websites. Make recommendations for improved traffic and conversion and hand off to relevant product and development teams
• Responsible for attaining SEO growth goals
• Develop and execute link building campaigns but within SEO guidelines based on Google releases.
• Generate and analyze quarterly SEO reports for all Fraser properties.
• Monitor and manage SEO performance daily; communicate performance/activities to relevant partners or departments
• Create ad hoc reports for deeper dive investigations into performance trends
• Analytics reviews (eg, Google Search Console, CJA,.) to identify issues and opportunities
• Benchmark and monitor competitor performance and activities.
• Cooperate with SEO agencies on foreign languages content and SEO strategies.
• Present at SEO meetings

Key Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science or any related field preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience in the same role
• Experience with SEO for multilingual/international businesses
• Have an in-depth knowledge on algorithm ranking factors
• Expert knowledge of using (Google Analytics, Webmaster and keyword planner).
• Experience using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMRush, SERanking, Google Analytics and SEO related excel/Google sheets functions
• Prior experience in a media agency preferred
• Experience with Google Tag Manager to implement tracking codes and manage tags efficiently is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We are searching for a dynamic, creative, and dedicated Hospitality Interior Designer to join our talented team.The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable and immersive experiences through innovative design concepts. As a hospitality industry designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop unique and engaging designs that enhance the guest experience and reflect the brand identity of our clients in the hospitality sector. Your principal duty will be to improve, make functional, and visually attractively design our facilities to provide our guests with a memorable hospitality experience.

Responsibilities:

· Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts for various hospitality projects including hotels, restaurants, resorts, spas, etc

· Create detailed design presentations, mood boards, and renderings to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and project stakeholders.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that design concepts are aligned with project requirements and feasibility.

· Research current trends, materials, and finishes relevant to the hospitality industry to incorporate innovative design elements into projects.

· Develop comprehensive design specifications, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and coordinate procurement and installation processes.

Requirements & Attributes:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role

· Experience in project liaison is essential

· Proven experience in hospitality design

· Knowledge of building codes and interior design principles

· Excellent decision-making skills especially when under pressure

· Superior communication, presentation, project management, and leadership abilities

· Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

As an Associate Director, you will work closely with junior staff to design and document the design, finishes, furniture and equipment for projects as well as work on visualizing spaces for internal and client review. The Associate Director is also responsible for managing junior design and drafting staff. In Aedas Interiors we believe that an Associate Director must be someone who is creative, outgoing, articulate, organized, and responsible with experience in hospitality projects

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of interior designers, guiding them in project execution and fostering a collaborative work environment

• Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hospitality department

• Collaborating with team in the design conceptualization and development of the project through hand sketches, SketchUp or Revit models and Adobe Creative Suite tools

• Assisting the team with space planning and furniture layouts

• Preparing project presentation materials such as boards, books, PowerPoints, and 3D mockups

• Conducting presentations to clients

• Assisting in sub-consultant coordination as it pertains to interior design to maintain the integrity of the design intent

• Developing and maintaining vendor relationships to develop sources for project materials

• Assembling information from vendors and entering information into specification forms

• Documenting finishes on construction documents and specifications

• Construction Administration duties including answering RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and site inspections

Requirements & Attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture Program.

• Minimum 15 years of related experience working in a design studio in a similar position, preferably with a recognized award winning international interior design practice
