• Develop targeted marketing plans and initiatives for specific products or product lines to enhance their competitive positioning and market presence.
• Create comprehensive business plans and establish strategic product positioning in the marketplace.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitive activities, and identify customer requirements to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to introduce new products or enhance existing offerings.

• Ensure timely follow-up on accounts receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer within the semiconductor industry.
• Willingness to travel extensively and dedicate extended hours to successfully manage complex sales projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
