Job Summary:
The Delivery Operations Engineer is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and stability across all stages. This role will require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the delivery process and continuously improve operations while ensuring the highest levels of system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the deployment, delivery, and ongoing operation of IT systems and applications, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems or upgrades into the production environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems delivery, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of system deployment and delivery pipelines, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Solid knowledge of networking, infrastructure management, and system monitoring.
• Proven experience troubleshooting system delivery and operational issues in real-time.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT service management frameworks (ITIL, etc.).
• Experience with continuous delivery and integration tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
