• Generate and issue invoices, credit notes, and refunds in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain and monitor a balanced AR aging report for designated accounts, ensuring timely collections.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, address delays, and manage any payment discrepancies or irregularities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Reconcile payments received, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.
• Assist in the month-end closing process for AR functions to ensure timely reporting.
• Regularly review customer aging reports and collaborate with sales teams to facilitate payment settlements.
• Conduct customer application reviews and participate in weekly sales meetings to address overdue invoices.
• Support the audit process and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience in Hospitality industry & 2 years Audit experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Property Management Systems (i.e. RMS) and Accounting System (i.e. Oracle, NetSuite, Cognos) are preferred
• Meticulous with good problem solving & analytical skills
• Strong grounds/operations experience in hotel previously & is ready to move up to do analysis work

• Conduct in-depth equity and financial research to support investment decisions.
• Analyse financial data and trends to produce forecasts and equity research reports.
• Evaluate investment opportunities in various markets with a focus on both short-term and long-term gains.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop investment strategies and recommendations.
• Present research findings and investment proposals to senior management and clients.
• Stay abreast of market developments and financial news, especially in sectors of expertise.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in research methodologies and financial analysis.

Requirements:

• Master of Science in Finance or Applied Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment research, equity research, or related financial research in China, Hongkong, Taiwan market
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, analysis, and equity valuation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and presentation.

Role: Production Support Analyst

Job Level: 6-9 years of relevant experience (L3)

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 production support onsite / offsite.
• Investigate production issues, determine production defect severity and provide workaround to user if feasible to move business forward
• Manage and respond to users on timely manner.
• Log incident ticket for production issues and user queries
