Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s entire accounting process, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, as the sole accounting professional.
• all accounting and financial functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Handle payroll processing, employee expense claims, statutory contributions (e.g., CPF, IRAS), and government reimbursements (e.g., childcare leave, paternity leave, NSmen makeup pay).
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST returns and other regulatory filings.
• Monitor and manage foreign currency exposure.
• Independently prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare IR8A forms for accurate employee tax filings.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to maintain financial stability.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders during audits and year-end closing.
• Analyze company performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Review and improve financial procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for better financial planning.
• Support any additional accounting or finance tasks as needed by management.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One and SAGE EasyPay preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, including GST and CPF submissions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
• Ability to work independently.
