We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with experience in customer profiling, segmentation, data extraction for business operations, and promotion analysis. This role will be responsible for analyzing customer data to support personalized marketing initiatives, optimize promotional strategies, and enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities

1. Customer Profiling and Segmentation

• Develop and maintain customer profiles by analyzing behavioral, demographic, and transactional data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the financial or credit card industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.

Key responsibilities:

System Analyst (SA) - Cards Issuing SA is responsible for the requirement analysis, effort estimation, application solution design for Cards Core Issuing application processes and related online and batch interfaces. SA documents requirements/solution traceability, functional design and works closely with functional BA, product/project managers, architects, application developers, and end-users in the development and enhancement of applications. SA also reviews detailed technical design, codes and test strategies, test results and is also responsible for defect triaging.

The primary focus of this position is the support the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
